It’s that time of year for formals and other occasions, as it’s spring. But right now feels as if summer is going to be hotter than it already is… let’s just all burn.

This song just reminds me of this past year. Glamorous styles have been out with new designers on the way and funky new talents are on the rise. As many know that most recent styles of fashion in the industry are definitely inspired by the last 50 years from the fashionable to the famous.

Glamorous or slutty? Every year there’s that segment of clothing, knowing how to figure out what to wear and still look great in your style without going too far like drag queenish style. Some ladies I see have either too much make up on or less clothing in functions that shouldn’t even be worn.

A round up of this year, one event I recently went to, was quite daunting for the fact that your in a place where you’ll walk all day just to get to one place to another, but yet seem to wear 1cm (okay maybe 4-inch) skirts and 6-inch high heels, mid-drift tops and packed on make up. Not to mention in broad day light. Not a prostitute. Just a few ladies.
Clubbing fine, go a head, that’s what the clothes look like and were made for… for them…
This is obviously to get noticed…

This is why I appreciate street style, without the slutty appearance. Yet still funky and decent. This is a bring back to the days, where no skin were allowed to be seen. Though, that’ll be too hot in this whether.

Decent funky wear is glamorous… Natural make up, is the best.
But don’t get me wrong, dress how you want…
I didn’t say you couldn’t wear 6 inch heels in the park, so go ahead.

Slip, Slop, Slap!

Summer’s almost here down under, but the heat is crankin’ it up to the max!
First off, Slip, Slop, SLAP! Sunscreen! No seriously! BUT what I’m talking about is, if you don’t know what and how to dress it up for this summer, throw on a pair of havaianas (havis), ladies, your bag that matches it up & your sunnies that you love… and for most, your ready to go!

Some might not find it easy.
Spray tan is what I’ve seen lately with many people, make sure it’s even!!!!
Please wax/pluck/shave if you must. Definitely deodorant. :) Just those little tips!

Slip, Slop, Slap! Lame. I know, but that’s all I could think of, that was always on TV before the summer down under and it’s not on just yet. WE from down under know how hot it really gets when it’s summer here, so, we need it.

As for working for General Pants Co. It’s been an experience & I’m lovin’ it! :) Couldn’t choose any other retail job over it. New release of summer clothing in stores across Australia. Check it out before it’s sold out!

As for now my fellow human skins, SLIP SLOP SLAP!
